Abstract

The article solves the problem of recycling concrete scrap to obtain on its basis environmentally friendly building materials, in particular bent elements. Based on the results of testing samples of reinforced concrete lintels, the theoretical moment of cracking and breaking load was determined. Comparative results of studies on a series of prototypes showed that the deformations of samples on secondary crushed stone practically do not differ from the deformations of samples on natural crushed stone under short-term loads. At the same time, the bearing capacity of two series of prototypes of reinforced concrete lintels showed an average difference between them of no more than 3.4%. The proposed composition of a concrete mixture based on crushed crushed stone from recycled waste concrete scrap of fractions 5-10 and 10-20 mm allows the production of heavy concrete of the required quality in terms of strength and deformation characteristics, which is the most important condition for the creation of products and structures with high and reliable characteristics that ensure their operation in harsh operating conditions.
