Abstract

In economically developed countries, road traffic injuries are the third leading cause of death among overall population and the first leading cause of death among young people. According to the UN, about 1.3 million people die on the roads every year, and about 7 million people are injured. Most of the world’s 300 million disabled people are victims of road accidents. Based on the above-mentioned statistics, it becomes clear that the development of effective methods of combating road traffic injuries is a vital problem of humanity, the relevance of which is growing every year [1, 2].
