METHODS OF CREATING A FIELD CONSTRUCTOR FOR CLASSIFYING DOCUMENTS

Abstract

One of the main problems facing companies and institutions today is the overloading of information. Separating useful documents from documents that do not arouse any interest is a waste of time and resources for both individuals and organizations. The increasing number of digital documents is required to change their requirements, address the issues of the used technology, the formats and methods of classification, and electronic provision documents that are easy to collect and use. The article develops the idea of using the MARC21 fields to create a constructor to describe electronic documents by creating fields in the electronic document management system and the software tool that generates the fields and suggests how to use it. The mathematical model of the classification of documents was built through the software instruction meant that generates fields and fields MARC21. The development of the constructor’s operation algorithm through this model describes the problem of documentation search and analysis and the possibility of adapting to a single record.
