Abstract

Investigations of the parameters of highly sensitive mosaic sensors based on high technologies and having a wide dynamic range and sensitivity to micromovements (from fractions of a micrometer to several millimeters), which allow visualizing pulse fluctuations, obtaining high-quality pulsograms, have been carried out. The converting characteristic of amplitude fiber-optic pressure sensors of the reflectometric type is investigated, the particular functions of which correspond to three stages of conversion: pressure into the movement of a micromirror, movement of a micromirror into a change in the light flux, and a change in the light flux into an electrical signal. A device for measuring and controlling the pulse with 9 miniature mosaic heart rate sensors has been developed, which, in combination with a computer, makes it possible to determine violations of cardiovascular activity not related to the electrical activity of the heart. The results of the research have shown that when measuring the heart rate with a mono sensor, and not with a mosaic sensor, an inadequate registration of pulse oscillations occurs, which simplifies the picture of the real heart rate and leads to the loss of a significant part of the information about the heart rate.
